Have a question about contract brewing?
we’re here to help!
SCheduling
-
When we begin working together, we ask for a non-binding annual volume forecast, along with rough estimates of any seasonal peaks or valleys outside industry norms. This helps us plan equipment and staffing needs.
-
Once brewing begins, we schedule production three months out and hold monthly scheduling meetings to adjust the schedule as demand shifts.
-
Our monthly scheduling meetings give us an opportunity to adjust production as your needs change. We understand that demand can shift throughout the year, so we work together to keep the schedule aligned with your business.
-
When surprises come up (and they will), we move as quickly as we can to help make sure you get the beer you need, when you need it.

Certain additional costs may apply, including:
New Recipe Fee: Charged on the first batch of a new product to cover recipe scale-up and raw material sourcing.
Taxes: As the brewer of record, we remit applicable taxes on packaged volume on your behalf and invoice them at cost.
Yeast / Raw Material Fees: Certain raw materials, including non-house-managed yeast strains brought in for a specific batch, are invoiced at cost.

Full batch payment is invoiced upon shipment.

Initial batches are invoiced on Net 5 terms. Longer payment terms may become available after establishing a consistent history of on-time payments.
